Pat Pesch

Creative Director / Founder

Pat started his career in 1994 at VCC, one of Europe’s leading post-houses. From then he continuously worked as an editor, motion-designer, writer and producer for various internationally renowned companies in Europe and Australia. In 2005 Pat founded postproduktiv and has been heading the company since. With over two decades of experience, Pat has worked on hundreds of TV Commercials, Documentaries, Music Clips, Promos, Corporate Videos, Sizzle Reels, Online Productions and other long and short form Audio Visual Productions.

Marc Collister

General Manager / Partner

Marc has been in the industry for almost 20 years, editing award winning music videos, TVCs and TV series in Canada and the USA before moving to Australia in 2004. Marc continued his career in top post houses in Sydney and Melbourne before joining postproduktiv in 2009. In 2013 he downed tools and now brings his years of experience to producing as well as managing the day-to-day operations.

Josh McEvoy

Senior Art Director / Designer / Partner

Josh has worked for over 15 years on a wide range of Motion and Web Design, 3D Animation and Compositing projects. Creating TVCs, award show packages and TV show designs for clients such as the ARIAs, Fremantle Media Australia, Sony Music and many more. After studying design he began his career at Ambience in 2003, in 2005 Josh moved to Bold Advertising to head up their motion and web design department. Since 2006 Josh has been working for postproduktiv.

David Flanagan

Director of Strategy & Content

David Flanagan, affectionately known as “Flanners”, has sharpened his craft of advertising communications at some of Australia’s most creative and entrepreneurial hot shops: Saatchi & Saatchi, BMF, Cummins&Partners and Ogilvy. This experience has been complemented with several years working as a lead marketer at a number of studios, including Sony, Universal and Paramount Pictures. In his spare time, Flanners has lectured at the University of Sydney Business School and volunteered to market TEDxSydney.

Paulina Bristow

Senior Producer / Facilities Manager

With over 10 years experience spanning all facets of the media industry Paulina Bristow joined postproduktiv in March 2011. Paulina has coordinated large post production, studio and presentation facilities, as well as international shoots and large OB crews nationally.
Between 2006 and 2010, Paulina worked in London, as a Senior Producer / Director, filming throughout Europe and worked in a variety of mediums from TVCs to Online. Upon returning from the UK, Paulina worked as a Media Manager before joining postproduktiv.

David Williams

Producer / Writer / Director

David has over 25 years management and marketing experience gained through positions with leading agencies and as Marketing Director of blue chip Australian brands including Westfield, Greater Union and Hoyts. During that time David has written, produced and directed hundreds of TV campaigns and has been working with the postproduktiv team since 2010.

Hannah Day


Hannah is what we call an formidable force of energy. Her hands on leadership makes sure every last detail is accounted for and taken care of. A seasoned producer with over six years experience handling multi-faceted campaigns for the likes of American Express, IBM, Lion and Nestle – Hannah represents the new wave of producer. Strategically astute. Creatively minded. With a rock solid modus operandi that brings a pulse to every production she works on.

Kristian Mather

Senior Editor / Producer

Experienced, professional and easily led, the perfect mix for any editor.
Having worked in some of Sydney’s top production houses on TVCs, documentaries, music videos and corporate videos, Kristian found his niche at postproduktiv in 2008 and hasn’t looked back.
Whether it’s editing or producing Kristian brings his 15 years of editing experience to every brief.

Jon Nightingale

Senior Motion Designer

Jon completed his degree in 3D Design in the UK, before moving to Australia in 2008, where he began his design career. After working as digital designer/printer at Ozlocal Media and Technology for a year, Jon developed his skills in 2D and 3D animation and began working with Verdikt/Paisley Studios, heading their motion design department. In 2010, Jon joined the team at postproduktiv. As Motion designer, he continues to enjoy tackling all the fresh challenges that are thrown at him.

Aaron Stannard

Online Developer / Designer

Aaron has been in and around animation for over 20 years. After leaving university to pursue his love of animation, he spent ten years at the Walt Disney studios in Sydney where he worked on numerous TV episodes and feature length movies. In 2006 Aaron started applying his skills to the digital realm, and has been designing, animating and coding on-line content for ad agencies and production houses ever since. Aaron joined the postproduktiv team at the beginning of 2016.

Karina Smole

Junior Motion Designer

Karina is a recent honours graduate of Visual Communication at UTS. She specialised in motion graphics after finding inspiration in the visuals accompanying live shows from artists such as ‘Tame Impala’ and ‘Pheonix’. She started pursuing her passion for motion graphic design at Postproduktiv in 2017.

Mikey Hamer

Director of Photography / Producer

Mikey has been involved in the Film Industry for 10 years, completing his Advanced Diploma in Screen in 2005. Since then he continuously worked in the industry, from gaffing and rigging on major features, to shooting and directing TVC’s and Music Videos. Josh Pyke’s DVD “The Lighthouse”, which Mikey directed, was nominated for an ARIA award. As a Producer, Director, DP and Editor on a myriad of projects, Mikey was able to travel all over the world. Mikey started at postproduktiv beginning 2015, and he looks forward to bringing his wealth of experience and creative drive to the team.

Grant Walls


Grant started out in 2002 as a copywriter for ad agencies in New Zealand and Australia before following his passion for filmmaking to train as an editor at AFTRS in 2009. Since then he has been busy cutting everything from travel shows to corporates and TVCs. He joined postproduktiv permanently in the beginning of 2015 after regularly freelancing with them for a few years.

Geoff McGarvey

Audio Engineer / Sound Designer

Geoff began his career in the days of analogue TV production as a cameraman on light entertainment, drama and comedy shows among many others. But Geoff’s love of composing music and audio post production won out, leading to award winning children’s albums, TV show themes, producing hundreds of audio books plus a huge credit list of audio post for television series, advertising and corporates. He even made a board game!

Laura Saldaña Navarrete

Office Manager / Accounts

Laura started her business administration career in 2004 in Peru working for the Tax Office before moving to Australia in 2008. In May 2012, Laura joined the postproduktiv team as Production Assistant helping out in all aspects of the audio visual production process. Laura is also the Accounts Assistant working closely with the management team.

Michael Santos


After graduating from the University of Technology, Sydney in 2012 Michael worked for a number of companies as a versatile freelance designer. With his enthusiasm and budding knowledge of film and television production he joined the postproduktiv team in 2014 as their newest Production Assistant.

Troy Gordon

Production Assistant

After assisting on a number of our shoots, Troy discovered a passion for the production process, and joined the team fulltime in September 2016. His open mind has seen him try his hand at a myriad of positions – whether an assistant chef, bartender, childcare worker or ride operator at Scenic World in the Blue Mountains. Troy then studied a bachelor of science majoring in Psychology at the University of Sydney. You’ll now speak to Troy if you call the Postproduktiv offices, and when you pop in for a meeting he’ll make you a damn fine espresso (he also used to be a barista).
